What is here
The site has no accounts and no form. You do not order a plan inside the page. If you write to hola@, the message and your email address arrive in that mailbox, which still has to be created on the domain. Cloudflare, while serving the page, can see the IP address in its technical connection logs. We do not use those logs to profile you.
Why
To answer that email and, if you asked, to tell you when the app exists. The basis is that you wrote (consent and, if we are talking about a plan, steps before a contract). You can ask us to delete the thread.
How long
The email, for as long as it takes to answer, and it is deleted if you ask. This site does not keep its own database of readers.
Processors
Cloudflare hosts the pages. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to an ad network. There is no Google Analytics.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where they apply. This site makes no automated decision about you. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es.
If you write from China
China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) looks at the data of people in mainland China. This site has no entity in China, no ICP licence, no WeChat account, and no local partner who receives your data. There is no automated decision. The guide can be read without identifying yourself. If you email us, the message leaves your mail for a mailbox on this domain, hosted outside China: you decide that sending. If you do not want that crossing, you do not need to write.
Children
The site is not aimed at children.
